Buying Equipment

New and used HVAC equipment available for sale can be viewed on ChillerClassifieds.com in the “Equipment” and the “Misc. Under $5000” categories. Just click on the Classifieds tab at the top of the page to begin browsing. Browsing requires no account or login. You can also find available equipment by using the Equipment Finder option in the upper left hand corner of each of our network homepages. Placing Classified Ads

Placing an ad on ChillerClassifieds.com is easy! You can even place ads for FREE in the "Misc. Under $5000" and "Wanted" categories of the classifieds.

There’s no need to create an account before you place your ad. You will be automatically prompted to create an account the first time you place an ad. Follow these steps to place your classified ad now!

1. Go to ChillerClassifieds.com by clicking the Classifieds tab at the top of the page.

2. Click on the “Sell it Fast, List it Here” link at the top right of the ChillerClassifieds.com homepage.

3. Choose the classification you would like your ad to appear in from the drop down boxes provided.

4. Classified ads fall into two areas, Equipment Ads and General Ads.

Equipment Ads: Fill in as much information as possible in the input forms provided for your specific equipment classification. Pay particular attention the “required” fields. You can also upload pictures and PDF documents related to your equipment by using the file upload options at the bottom of the input form.

General Ads: Type your ad information in the provided text box. Be sure to keep your information relevant to your ad category and include any appropriate contact information. For additional ad writing guidance, click the link below the text box.

Once your input form and file upload are completed, or your text box is completed, click “Go To Next Step” 

5. If you have not already created your ChillerTrader.com User Account you will be asked to create an account at this time. Fill in the New Account fields with your personal information, desired email address, password and mailing list option. Your email address will be used as your User Id when signing in to your ChillerTrader.com account. Once you’ve entered the required information, click “Create Your Account”. You will now be automatically signed in and taken to the payment area to pay for your ad.

6. In the payment area, enter your payment information and check the desired option blocks. Once your payment information is completed, click “Go To Next Step”.

7. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be taken to a “Thank You” page to confirm your payment information. From the “Thank You” page, you can also select options to submit another ad, return to the ChillerTrader.com homepage, and view our email privacy policy.

Once your payment is completed, your ad will automatically be added to ChillerClassifieds.com under the category you specified and will be viewable on the ChillerTrader.com public site. 

You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with payment information and a link to your ad. You may edit your ad or account information at any time by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and sign in using your e-mail address and password. 

Updating Your Account

You can update your account information anytime by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and signing in to your Chiller Trader Control Panel using your email address and password. From your control panel you can edit your current account information.

Editing Classified Ads

You can edit your classified ads by clicking on the green My Account tab at the top of the page and signing in to your Chiller Trader Control Panel using your email address and password. From your control panel you can edit classified categories, specifications, uploaded files, and ad text.
